This was a tough one for me to see if he hacks or not, so i did not ban or kick
but i would like your opinions. It is in file slot 3 title "dbal"

OK, this one I don't think hes hacking. If you notice he is watching the Spy plane all the time, his movements are right on for what hes seeing in UAV. I also watched him on the nuketown game where he got destroyed, I'd keep an eye on him but I think he's ok.
