    go to programs files 86 look for TSS Killer uninstall get the temp file uninstall, reinstall directx in new file. put the TSS Killer back on

    Ok will try tommorrow after my shift I'll take screenshots and post step by step for it may help others. Maybe post a link to the dx update file or files, or should dxsetup or c++ redistributable work? This Windows ten made my pc into a giant smart phone..... Help...
