Ok, here is an easy way.
Go to www.photbucket.com (free) upload your pictures there. In your ablum under the pict you want, you will see a bunch of address. Select the one that has [IMG/] in front of it. Copy it, past it here, then change the [IMG] to [img] in the from and back of the address. When you submit the thread, your pict will show up.
