REINSTALL C++ should fix it
tried still same error .. fresh c++ stupid game still trying to find the directory where the c++ msi library is, so sick of this title on ly 5 more levels untill 55 then uninstall i will never buy another cod title made by these companies
Since the error message refers to a cache folder, I would do a "Cache Verify" in Steam to check/repair the files. If that doesn't work you can always "Delete Local Content" and download the game from Steam again.
will try one last time i will uninstal and reinstall see if that helps.
